9.2 UiPath Products and Services. The software made available to customer under the program consists without restriction of functions, add-ons, components, plug-ins, connectors and APIs that make or may be used in connection with UiPath products and services (such as the UiPath RPA platform or the UiPath Cloud platform), and such products and services remain subject to the terms of the corresponding license agreement; that the customer has accepted or agreed with UiPath. In the event that any software or service is made available to Customer without license terms, this Agreement shall apply. Please read the agreement carefully before registering. The agreement establishes a legal agreement between the customer (defined below) and UiPath (defined below) and governs the customer`s participation in the program. By registering to participate in the Program, you represent that you have read this Agreement and understand that you are the legal age of the “majority” in which you live and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, necessary to participate in the Program. The Customer`s participation in the Program is subject to this Agreement. UiPath may, however, contact the customer through other services that may be subject to additional specific terms. UiPath uses the UiPath Community Forum (forum.uipath.com/) (“Forum”) and the Customer`s access and actions within the Forum are subject to the UiPath Community Forum Terms of Use, which the Customer is invited to accept by entering the Forum. If the customer is already a member of the forum, their continued use of the forum is subject to the UiPath Community Forum Terms of Use, which are in effect at the time of creating an account on the forum, including all subsequent updates. . . .
