If you notice any typos in the Subaward template, please email the co-chairs at: email@example.com sketches the field names, positions, and uses for all data fields in the different subaward templates. The FDP subaward models mentioned below have been designed to speed up and streamline the audit of federal substeps among FDP member institutions. But non-FDP institutions can also use the templates. The models are seen as an ongoing manifestation of the FDP. Working groups are monitoring developments at the federal level and would make the necessary updates (for more information, see our committee page). Templates are not intended for editing. Please note, however, that the FDP does not provide any assurance or guarantee as to the suitability of these models for use in federally or non-federally funded projects. The pass-through entity (PTE) is responsible for under-using all requirements. All users use these models at their own risk. The latest version of Research Terms & Conditions (RTC), which applies to research awards from a number of federal funding agencies, was approved in 2017. RTCs are integrated into the FDP Subaward Templates and are also hosted by the NSF for all relevant federal authorities: www.nsf.gov/awards/managing/rtc.jsp All templates, examples, tools and resources are verified by the efforts of different working groups and updated as necessary.
Revised versions will be posted on this page in September or as necessary to correct changes to federal requirements. Please check here for the latest versions before using the templates. For more information, see the guides and FAQs below. If you do not find the relevant information, please contact the subspace sub-committee co-chairs at firstname.lastname@example.org. Many, but not all, sponsors need prior permission to add a subaward that was not budgeted. Whether prior authorization is required or not, the unit must submit an application to change the allocation of the ERA. . . .
